The day you become gluttonous, and wish to get "lucky", is the point you give away all of your money. Seems a bit absurd, but it appears to be true. The only time I ever amass money is when I don’t worry about losing it. I went to the the casino last night with 20 dollars. I couldn’t care less about blowing it, who cares about 20 dollars? So guess what happened? I ended up leaving with $120 in profit in 1 hour!
Another time I headed to the casino with my buddy Ben. I took in 100 dollars that I couldn’t bear to squander. I got gluttonous, I got terrified, and I ended up betting too much and squandered it in thirty minutes! The lesson my friends is do not bet anymore than you can commit to lose. If you don’t panic about losing, you have a greater chance of winning big!
How else can you improve your chances of winning at Roulette besides making a budget? Never bet on individual numbers! Yes, they come up occasionally, but they don’t hit often enough to ensure a dependable profit. Just wager on 1:1 wagers for example red, black, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets e.g. first 12, second 12, third dozen, etc Wager on odds that pay pretty big.
With the basic rules reviewed, how else can we further elevate our odds of winning at Roulette? By turning probability into our buddy, as opposed to our enemy. "You can not succeed at Roulette", my friend Matt would say to me. "It is absolutely random because any number might come up". Sure, my buddy Jeff has a point, although at the same instance, he is overlooking a critical aspect of the picture. I totally agree, black or red might be landed on 30 times in a row, but how often does that happen?
